Kisha Mozaik ist eine Kirche, die Unterschiede zelebriert. Sie lebt Kirche als eine Gemeinschaft von Menschen mit verschiedenen sozialen Hintergr\u00fcnden. Sie ist eine Gemeinde, die sich f\u00fcr die Benachteiligten in ihrer Nachbarschaft einsetzt und die sozialen N\u00f6te anpackt. So verteilt sie jeden Monat Lebensmittelpakete und hat an vier Tagen der Woche ein Nachmittagsprogramm f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler mit Hausaufgabenhilfe und einem kleinen Essen \u2013 wenn denn genug Geld da ist.<\/p>\n

Und Kisha Mozaik macht das nun schon seit 5 Jahren! Und hat dabei das Leben der Menschen auf sehr konkrete Weise ver\u00e4ndert. Nicht nur in Albanien sitzen Roma-Kinder in der Schulklasse oft in der letzten Reihe und werden von den Lehrern ignoriert und von den wei\u00dfen Sch\u00fclern gemobbt. Aber durch das Programm Kisha Mozaik sitzen ihre Sch\u00fcler jetzt in der ersten Reihe – und die ersten Studenten aus dem Programm gehen dieses Jahr an die Universit\u00e4t in Tirana. (Gerade sind sie sehr damit besch\u00e4ftigt, den Umzug nach Tirana zu organisieren). Und dabei waren die Sch\u00fcler so gut, dass sie sogar ein Stipendium gewonnen haben und keine Studiengeb\u00fchren zahlen m\u00fcssen. Einer von ihnen studiert Informatik, der andere Wirtschaftsinformatik und der dritte Physiotherapie. Ist das nicht ein gro\u00dfes Wunder?<\/p>\n

Und nun bricht die Kisha Mozaik in eine neue \u00c4ra auf. Durch die niederl\u00e4ndische Stiftung Hope for Albania, einer Kirche aus den USA, New day impact und Dag’s Church aus Norwegen erhielten sie ein neues Haus. Aus einer Gemeinde in einem Ladengesch\u00e4ft wird so ein soziales Zentrum mit drei Stockwerken. Und das ist nun der Teil, wo Du ins Spiel kommen kannst: Keine St\u00fchle \u2013 keine Tische \u2013 keine Materialien \u2013 und auch noch keine Lehrer und Lehrerinnen. Denn auf eine Weise war die Gemeinde zu erfolgreich. Denn die drei, die jetzt studieren gehen, waren vorher die Lehrer im Nachmittagsprogramm. (Und noch eine weitere Person, die aber auch nach Tirana gezogen ist). Bisher hatte das Kisha Mozaik etwa 35 Kinder im Nachmittagsprogramm – aber ohne Lehrer kann das Programm auch mit einem neuen und gr\u00f6\u00dferen Geb\u00e4ude nicht wieder aufgenommen werden.<\/p>\n

\u00dcbrigens, die Geschichte hinter Kisha Mozaik l\u00e4uft schon seit mehr als 5 Jahren. Die Menschen der Stiftung Hope for Albania kennen Sajmir Brazhdi, den Gr\u00fcnder und Pastor der Gemeinde schon seitdem er 15 Jahre alt ist. Seitdem haben sie ihn und seine Ehefrau Irma Voka \u00fcber die Jahre begleitet und erlebt, wie er von einem Jugendlichen zu einem jungen Mann und nun zu einem starken Leiter gewachsen ist. Sajmir wird dieses Jahr 40 Jahre alt. Sie haben gesehen, mit welcher Treue und Leidenschaft dieses Ehepaar f\u00fcr die Gemeinde und die Menschen in der Nachbarschaft \u00fcber all diese Jahre unterwegs ist \u2013 und haben daher mit gro\u00dfer Freude dieses neue gro\u00dfe Haus m\u00f6glich gemacht.<\/p>\n
